What does custom software development include?

Which tech stack do you use — and why?

All of it is established open source with large communities — no exotic frameworks that nobody maintains in two years. For you that means a codebase that stays maintainable, developers who are easy to find, and no dependency on a single vendor.
How does the handover work at the end of a project?
With a complete handover: we onboard your team, hand over full documentation and deploy the system to your infrastructure. Because we build on established open-source stacks, there is no dependency on a proprietary platform — any competent team can continue the project later. The exact scope of the handover is agreed together in the contract.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes, we do this regularly. We start with an assessment: code review, architecture check and an honest evaluation of what can be kept and what can't — so you know where you stand before you commit. That also applies to AI-generated prototypes from tools like Lovable or Cursor: you already have the first version, we make it production-ready.
How do you handle security and testing?
Security is part of our development process, not an afterthought: threat modeling at project start, secrets management, automated security scans in the CI pipeline, tests for authentication and access rights, and strictly separated staging and production environments. Every change passes senior review and automated tests. This practice comes from projects with the strictest requirements — payment systems and software for critical infrastructure.
