The path is designed to keep costs predictable instead: a fixed-scope AI readiness audit as the entry point, a fixed-price pilot for one process, and production plus an operations retainer after that — you decide at each step. We work senior-led and clearly below typical market rates, because AI-assisted processes reduce our development time.

That depends on the process and the systems involved, so we won't promise a universal number. The pilot is deliberately small — one well-defined process — which makes it the fastest route to a working result on your real data. Production hardening and integrations add time depending on your ERP/CRM landscape and privacy requirements. After the readiness audit you get a roadmap with a concrete estimate for your case.

We work model-agnostic: commercial models and open-source models, chosen per use case, language and privacy level. The architecture keeps the model swappable, so you can change vendors — or move to a local model — without rebuilding the system. Token costs are transparent and run through your own accounts. There is no lock-in: established open-source stacks, your own accounts, complete documentation.

You contract with an Austrian company under EU/GDPR jurisdiction, with a data processing agreement as standard. Technically, we match the privacy level to your case: fully local so data never leaves your infrastructure, EU hosting with zero data retention, or PII masking before anything reaches a cloud model. Your data is never used to train models. Honest caveat: GDPR compliance depends on the concrete implementation and use case — we design for it instead of making blanket promises. Your choice. The operations retainer covers monitoring, model updates, prompt and quality tuning, and small extensions as your processes change. Alternatively, we hand the system over to your team — onboarding, documentation, deployment — and you run it yourself. Because everything runs on established open-source stacks in your own accounts, you can switch between the two at any time.
