Frequently asked questions about getting in touch

How fast do you reply?

You will hear back within 24 hours on business days — in practice usually much faster. WhatsApp is the fastest channel: your message goes straight to the people who build your project, with no ticket system or call center in between. If a question needs more preparation, we say so openly and give you a concrete date for the detailed answer.

What should the first message include?

Two or three sentences are plenty: what you want to build, where you stand today — an idea, an existing app, or a prototype — and whether there is a timeline. You do not need a formal specification; we ask the right questions in the initial consultation. Links to an existing app, website, or prototype help if you have them. The more concrete the starting point, the faster we can give you a realistic first assessment.

Is the initial consultation non-binding?

Yes — the initial consultation is free and non-binding. We listen, ask questions, and give you an honest assessment of feasibility and a sensible way forward, in plain language instead of jargon. Afterwards you decide at your own pace whether and how to continue — no sales pressure, no obligation. And if we are not the right fit for your project, we will tell you that honestly too.

Can we just start on WhatsApp?

Absolutely — WhatsApp is often the fastest way to start, especially for quick questions or a simple first contact. The same people reply there as on the form and email: no bots, no support center. For larger projects we simply move to a structured conversation later, so requirements and next steps are properly captured. Start whichever way is most convenient for you.
